As of May, 2023
We consider returning profits to shareholders to be an important management issue, while paying attention to enhancing internal reserves in order to actively implement R&D activities. Our basic policy is to return profits to shareholders based on a comprehensive consideration of our operating results and financial position. Specifically, the policy is to distribute profits to shareholders on the basis of 35% of net income, which is calculated without taking extraordinary gains and losses into account in the consolidated financial statements. Based on the policy, we plan to pay a year-end dividend of ¥17 per share for fiscal 2024.
