The insert check by premix-type One Shot Insert Check PCR Mix was performed using

colonies of E. coli which contained pUC vector inserted with 1 kbp, 4 kbp or 8 kbp of

DNA fragments. The results were obtained around in one hour even if 8 kbp fragments

was inserted.
